I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this moderately priced hotel because of the family ambiance. the breakfast looked plentiful and delicious, with oatmeal, and I appreciated the super friendly staff on the Saturday morning shift. Thanks to them, everything was great!

Greatly enjoyed my really good stay for one night. The restaurant was pretty good for food recieved, I tried delicious dishes. It was nice to have a coffeemaker and a mini-refrigerator. The stuff where attentive, the room was well-appointed and a nice size.

The rooms were well-appointed and spotless in general, with a very comfortable bed. The service was top-notch with a fast check-in.

The accommodations are spotlessly clean, and the staff is very professional and top-class, especially during the Saturday morning shift. the hotel is in the best possible location, right by the city center, Canton/Fells Point, and the aquarium. It's just about a 15-minute walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark. Guests can enjoy a delicious hot breakfast to start the day, featuring options like sausage and a danish.

I had a room with great views, and it came with a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We loved staying here, it's pleasant and fine hotel with wonderfully helpful staff on Saturday am shift. Location of hotel was convenient and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

Facilities were good, but Wi-Fi was bad.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right next to the cruise port and harbor. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast featuring cake, turkey sausages, and scrambled eggs, making for a delightful start to the day.

Check oud 12.00 was ideal for us. Since we had to go to the harbour, the location was good for us, otherwise far into the city centre.

The window in our room was not steamed up as we thought at first, no, the glass was blind. The elevator display on the 7th floor showed a 4 instead of a 7, etc. It takes getting used to! At the breakfast buffet there was only plastic dishes and cutlery. What madness! Overall, the hotel is not appropriate to the price.

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center. the food was great, and the staff during the Saturday morning shift were exceptionally accommodating. My room was a good size and came equipped with a microwave, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a refrigerator. the location is fantastic for the price, conveniently situated next to the Inner Harbor and the Canton/Fells Point areas. it was a fantastic stay!

Very good stay, I recommend. It is an extremely convenient hotel and I loved its well-appointed rooms and efficient personnel.
